Stuffed beef rollupsIngredients: 8 pieces of cubed steak pounded thin 1 pkg. chicken Stuffing Mix 3 cans cream of mushroom soup 1/3 cup oil Directions: Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Flour steaks on both sides. In a skillet heat oil on medium heat and brown steaks well on both sides. Layer plate with paper towels and place steaks to drain and allow to cool to the touch.In a mixing bowl add 2 cans mushroom soup, 1/2 can water and stuffing mix well. Spoon 2 tablespoons of stuffing into center of each steaks roll and place in a baking dish seam down. In a small bowl mix the one can of soup with 1/2 can water and pour over steaks. Bake for about 45 minutes |

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef 1/2 bag of baby spinach (chopped) 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded) 1/2 cup black olives (slivered) 3 garlic cloves (chopped) Salt and pepper (to taste) Ingredients: In a bowl combine ground beef and all the ingredients. Make hambuger size patties, season with salt and pepper. Cook on the grill. |
