Italian chicken in crockpot4 chicken breasts, boneless 16 oz stewed tomatoes 1 onion, chopped 1 tsp italian seasoning 2 cloves garlic chopped small salt and pepper to taste In a skillet saute' garlic and onion until onion is lightly browned.Add diced tomatoes, italian seasoning salt and pepper to taste.Place chicken breast in crockpot and pour sauce mixture over it.Cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4 to 6 hoursTop with grated cheese and serve. |
Beef Stew in crockpotIngredients
2 lb beef cubed 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp paprika 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup red wine 1 1/2 cup beef broth 2 Tbsps olive oil 1 large onion,sliced 3 potatoes, cubed 4 carrots, sliced In a small bowl add flour,salt, pepper and paprika, mix all together well, add the beef cubes and coat well. In a large skillet heat olive oil and sauté beef cubes, until brown. Add beef into crockpot. In a small bowl, add beef broth, red wine and worcestershire sauce and mix well, in the same skillet heat the beef broth mixture to deglaze, then pour over beef in crockpot. Add the onion, potatoes, carrots and garlic to crockpot; cover and cook on low or high. Low 8 to 10 hours High 4 to 6 hours. |
