Dad's Grilled TilapiaDad loves to eat healthy food, he loves to eat lots of fish, vegetables and soups.
6 tilapia fillet 1 clove garlic chopped small 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon oregano 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp paprika 1 medium lemon a dash red crushed pepper Italian bread crumbs romano grated cheese In a bowl mix all ingredients except for the bread crumbs and grated cheese, add the tilapia mix well, marinate in refrigerator for two hours. Heat grill on medium heat. Place tilapia on grill sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese on both sides and cook until fish is cooked all the way. |
