1 package refrigerator biscuit with 10 biscuits
1 apple, peeled and finely chopped
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2½ tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 375° F. In a bowl mix apples and add all ingredients mix well.Use a muffin pan and spray with muffin cups with cooking spray. Flatten each biscuit into a 4 inch circle. Place 1 tablespoon of mixture onto each biscuit. Dot each with a small pat of butter. Close biscuit by bringing up the sides and seal by pinching and twisting the top. Place biscuits in muffin cups and bake for 13 minutes or until golden brown.
