CHEF EMERIL'S CREOLE SEASONING
- 2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried leaf oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried leaf thyme

1 1/2 cups fresh basil leaves 1/4 cup almonds blanched 3 cloves garlic 1/2 cup olive oil salt and pepper to taste Directions In a food processor or blender, combine almonds, garlic, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper. Process until a coarse paste is formed. |
Tuna Potato CakesTuna Potato Cakes From Gretchen's Cookbook Ingredients: 2 cans tuna, drained 1 med baking potato, peeled grated 1/2 small onion, peeled grated 2 Tbsp chopped parsley 1 egg fresh bread crumbs salt, cayenne to tasteDirections:With fork, combine tuna, potato and onion, parsley, egg. Add crumbs to make mixture firm enough to form into patties. Season with salt, pepper. Saute in nonstick skillet to brown nicely about 10 min per side.
